A padded boot with a heavy-duty sole designed to cushion and protect the hoof during healing while on stall rest.
The HOOFixTM Treatment Boot is a unique, fabric boot made with a patented high-tech sole material that incorporates ground tires into the fabric.  The sole and toe material was selected to minimize slippage and is very resistant to abrasion.  The Velcro closures on the boot allow for easy on/off and are an industrial-strength grade designed so that bedding and debris won't reduce the effectiveness.
