> Before you leave for your ride:

Step 1
open the HOOFix Emergency Trail Boot package.

Step 2
fold the trail boot and place the boot, the pastern band, and the hoof pick in the carrying pouch.

Step 3
attach the carrying pouch to the 'D' ring on your saddle or put it in your pocket.

> To use:

Step 1
use the hoof pick to make sure the bottom of your horse's hoof is free of rocks and debris.

Step 2
pull the pastern band over the hoof and place it around your horse's pastern.

Step 3
place your horse's hoof in the HOOFix Emergency Trail Boot and secure tightly.

CAUTION:


	The HOOFix Emergency Trail Boot is made with a sole that is skid resistant. It is not skid proof. Please be careful of the footing where you ride.
